Why’s Eika the only one who missed out on getting a figurine? What an odd decision. If they can only afford to build two statues, I’d rather they left Karen out. Sorry Sonomiya, but it’s true. Somebody asked if I’ve ever fallen asleep while watching anime. You know, I’ve watched anime for nearly two decades, and I’ve only ever fallen asleep twice.

The first time was during Saint Seiya. In the anime, they changed the Silver Saints saga. They made it so sucky, I fell asleep on the sofa during an episode. I was around ten. I’ll never forget.

The second time was during Lamune. Oh God, that show helps me doze better than sleeping pills.

Lamune doesn’t suck. I just don’t enjoy it.

Imagine standing on one leg for the rest of your life. Yeah, you’d break pretty quickly. That’s what this figurine is like.

I’ve been wanting this statue for a while. However, it’s quite expensive, so I’m not willing to spend on it yet.

Recently, my buddy James at Exelica Meteor told me he has the figure, but it broke on him. The same thing happened to some of his friends. How disappointing is that? You pay nearly 100USD for an item that’s just waiting to break. Suckage.

The world must be coming to an end - I’ve found an MMO that I actually enjoyed.

Last night, I logged onto Fiesta. I focused on exploration rather than game play. With this new mentality, I appreciated the game a lot more. I surveyed the settings and imagined myself being there.

For the first hour, I just killed some slimes. Then, as I struggled with a quest, some girl invited me to join her party. Well, at least the avatar was a girl. With two people, things became much easier. I’m making friends via gaming. That’s pretty awesome.

But having said that, so far, I still enjoy solo gaming more. Instead of hacking at monsters for hours, I’d rather load Quake and take on an army by myself. Don’t get me wrong, though. MMO is a pleasant change, and I’m going to study this genre some more.

I invite you to join me! I’ll probably move to Ragnarok Online soon, but hey, whatever.
